The sauna is the reason we chose to live at Arden. However, It is constantly broken. We pay thousands of dollars monthly in rent and maintenance fees to live here. The facility should not be in a broken state. Winter is coming , when are you going to find a solution to this constant issue Arden?!
I had a wonderful living experience at Arden of Warrenville. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The management team has always been responsive, professional, and kind. What I appreciated most was the consistent effort from the staff to make residents feel valued and cared for. They truly go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, and that creates a welcoming environment. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. ZERO Rating. I currently live here and telling this from experience. I’m waiting for my lease to end to move out from this god forsaken place. They don’t have any sound proofing in the apartments. And they call themselves PREMIUM apartment and charge to a lot for a dump shell. Ridiculous. Leasing staff is rude. Please look at negative reviews as they are all true. Moved out and left apartment in great condition. Paid all their fees in addition to shampooing and deep cleaning outside of their hassle free cleaning service that I also paid for on top of it. Now being charged almost 4k after moving out for things not stated in the lease agreement with them stating the unit smells like urine which is impossible and of course smell cannot be proved upon providing photography. I moved out of this apartment on August 5 and was unexpectedly charged additional fees $729.29（damage-carpet replacement, pet inspection fee). I took photos before we leave so I know there is no damage on the carpet! I have emailed the office requesting proper documentation (such as inspection reports, photos, or invoices), but I have received no response at all.
