My wife and I applied here for housing in Kerrville. We have a flawless rental record. We paid the app fees and never heard back so I called and was told the apartment was rented to a "stronger" renter. They made it seem like if we passed our background checks we could rent the apartment. He even told us to "hurry up and apply" our background checks are clean and we still didnt get the apartment. I was told via text that if I was interested in leasing something I needed to apply immediately due to the fact that rental properties do not last more than 2-3 days. I applied immediately after the property was listed. After three days I called to inquire and was told someone would be calling me. I continued to call every 2-3 days and it was always the same response. They are in a meeting and someone will get back to you. I just wanted to know where we stood.
