Ms.nicole was wonderful she made me feel comfortable with my application process and gave me a great tour at the property I been looking for a quiet place to call home and ms.nicole gave me just that if someone is looking for fast easy and sufficient move in This would be the route to go great customer services 10/10
Moved in late December 2024. Peaceful and quiet when our upstairs neighbor is not arguing or trying to fight with her daughter and daughters boyfriend. Other time is only when the young adults living next door are burning out tires in parking lot late at night. Now this is not all the time so it is peaceful here. New office and laundry room. Waiting on gym to get fixed up and open so I can use it. Pool has been fearly clean but as soon as summer hit, the kids got out of control and would throw rocks and debris in pool also p... read more
My second time living here in the last 10 years and its even better than the first time which was also awesome. They really treat you like a person and the maintenance team is unparalleled. The leasing office team is top notch and I cant recommend this place more highly for you and your family
I've been a resident at Arden Greenwood for 3 yrs. The manager Nykole and assistant Liz are truly awesome. They are both pretty new here and are working hard to turn over the property and make improvements. There are some roaches but if you get your own insecticide you can illuminate that problem ( I hadn't seen a roach in my unit in over 2yrs Recently switched units) they are considerate to my needs.
