good starter apartment The apartments are overpriced for quality. There is no place for children to play thus resulting in parents allowing their kids to scream and run amuck in 1 of 2 small courtyards. The second courtyard has a fenced in area that was once a beautiful garden fountain that hasn't run for years. Fire alarms ring almost every other day and sometimes are on and off for extended times while residents cook.
