Mike Shade and the team at Arden were great to deal with for a new mower and trade in. Though I have John Deere and Stihl dealers closer to me I will be happily travel an additional 30 minutes to give them my business moving forward.

They never disappoint. Fast friendly and curious. And to be honest everyone that works here is super nice and fun to be around
So arden was always my goto for my mowers they have helped me with my simplisity well this time i called and told them i have a craftsman and he goes im not gonna have it. I told him last time with my simplisity they looked up and found it and he acted lime he did not want to help look up or nothing i was really disapointed in the service i got on the phone so i called winchester equipment and they got me taken care off.
