Finding Arden Dental Center has been a pleasantly transformative experience. Dr. Lu demonstrates kind professionalism every time I visit, explaining procedures with helpful clarity and then completing them with exceptional skill. Arden Dental Center Charged me an extra $1,800 for services that I already paid for at the time of visit. I never received an invoice or statement. 6 months later I got a notice that I owed them money from a procedure in April. Don't recommend using this office as they are very unorganized and not forthcoming with the cost of services.
It was recommended to me that I get clear aligners. Dr. Lu dealt with the company directly and presented me with a treatment plan, but because my case is more complicated she laid out the different options so that I can achieve the optimal smile. She did a great job of presenting the pros and cons of each. Nga was able to tell me what the cost breakdown of each would be with my insurance. found the perfect dentist in Wheaton ill, she got the magic touch when it come to your mouth. I’m very afraid of needles especially when it comes to my mouth OMG!!!! I didn’t fill anything when she extracted my tooth and when I tell you guys that I didn’t feel the needle I felt comfortable with no worries. This dentist don’t scam your insurance or over priced she work with you and your insurance, she let you know what’s going on and she has a wonderful team she works with..
