I had the pleasure of visiting the facility. Tabitha and her team were extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout my time there. Very well organized and clean facility.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Andrew at this location. I called with a simple question, but he repeatedly hung up on me without offering any help or explanation. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone who is supposed to be the first point of contact for customers. It left a very negative impression and made it clear that customer service is not a priority here
I write this review as a way of giving heartfelt thanks for the tender care our mother received at Arden Courts. She was with us for 98 years and in their care for the last six weeks of her life. I can’t begin to express the comfort that Arden Courts gave both her and our family as they cared for her until her very last breath. The facility is beautiful. The windows look out onto the gardens allowing natural lighting in. The safefy of the residents is a top priority.
I toured the facility with Paige. I was impressed on how the facility is set up to give a real home/comfortable feeling. Everything is provided that any senior and their families would want. So much attention to detail. This is true heartfelt care for memory care residents.
