For some reason, the remote to my car's alarm system decided to randomly die over the weekend. First thing this morning, I called Arden Audio to see if they carried the remotes because all the usual suspects for electronics (Frys, Best Buy, etc) either were out of stock on the remote or were WAY overpriced. Arden Audio, to my pleasant surprised, not only had the remote in stock, but it was at least $50 cheaper than any of their competition...AND they offered to reprogram it to my car for no charge. My car locks have been giving me issues for quite some time. Brought it into Arden Audio, and got taken care of! Fixed all 3 doors that were not working for less than what the dealer was going to charge me just remove the doors and look at it! Exceptional service and great prices
That this place has horrible service. The prices are cheap, if you want refurbished electronics. When you buy your product there you are then sent to a warehouse down the street from the sore to have your installation done. When you arrive, there is nothing but a bunch of wannabe gangbangers smoking pot. The installer that works there never puts the screws back from where he took them out. Unbelievable! This place is horrible for business. This is why car stereo shops have a bad reputation!
I've been coming to Arden Audio for years and you can't beat this place. They will beat the price of any shop you go to and they do really amazing install work
Great place and super nice helpful guys. I got a new radio for my Porsche here and it works like a charm. The service was fast and easy.The Price of unit and Instalation $250 Cheaper then any where else
When i first came to buy my deck, the price was good and the installation as well. but when the sales person sent me somewhere else to get it installed, it didnt feel right. when i got there, there were these two ghetto looking guys there. i really didnt trust this. so then i waited till the guy was done installing it and i tested it out and it was crap. he installed it messy and unprofessional. it seems as if these guys dont know what their doing. this place sucks!!! I Recomended to Arden Audio by my brother who work as installer on Frys Electronics . I bought Pioneer Double Din DVD which was $115 less then Frys with my brother employee discount. The owner was cool guy not try to presure u to buy something like other car audio stores.
I had a deck put in my car and first of all very very un perfesional, got taken to some whole in the wall warehouse where there was a bunch of gangbangers smoking pot and doing doughnuts in the parkinglot. had wires pulled out of my car that operated my door alarms, when i tried to tell then i was treated with angery adittudes and disgruntled employees. if they would have tried to help at all i would have been pleased. it cost me ather 50 buck to have the alarm guy come out and fix my alarm system. and my deck does not fit i... read more
