My terrier Lola has had a bad rash and scabs for over 6 months. We've been back and forth to the hospital and over $1,000 later she still has it and after the last meds, her left has been bothering her almost a month. No one returned my msg and concerns about this for 72 hours. Now they want me to wait until next week (3 weeks later) to see the doctor about her ear ache. Really poor service and I am going to another office.
