Worked here for 2 months, and the management is just ridiculous. Only had 1 day to train but was not trained on every key function of the desk duties. Meanwhile, the Assistant GM Jakysia hall is very incompetent in her role. She lacks a lot in the title she holds and lies about training people on very important issues regarding the building.
