First, I waited an hour and a half for an appointment I booked about a month before. Then they took x-rays for about 45 minutes. They used this device to focus in on the x-rays but one part of the device kept stabbing me at various part of my mouth. Even after saying it was painful, they just kept going. Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! I have just recently found this office and am having Invisalign braces done here. Dr. Ardelean is very professional and thorough. I am almost done with Invisalign and I love the results. I get the attention that I need form the doctors, and they have always answered all my questions. I recommend it without a doubt.
