I thought the people at ARDDA were awesome. My dog had a very serious infection in her. My regular vet couldn't help me. Dr K did the surgery to save my lilly within just two days. Now she's home and doing great. Thank you so much for helping me and my girl. Tracy Herbert

I don't know what universe this place is operating under, but they are NOT cat/kitty compassionate AT ALL!!! I just hung up the phone with the receptionist, deciding to make an appointment some place else. Reason being- they accept a free examination voucher from the shelter I adopted my cat LOKI from- BUT- I will be charged for the visit if my animal is sick! And I believe my pet has an upper resp. infection. So, even if (as this sweet woman explained- as sweet as an abscessed tooth) I had just made the appointment without ... read more

DR. K IS AWESOME – Dr. K saved my parents dogs life 3 times!! He had a rare immune disease that attacked his own body and was very bad off. Dr. K saw him right away and he was kept at the office for over a month while he was taken care of and nursed back to health. This was last year and the dog is 14 now and back to his normal self. He was very well taken care of by everyone in the office, including the night time cleaning man who spent time with him too! My parents 13 year old female dog had issues and it was just her time... read more

Dr K. should have his licence revoked!!!!!! – It's pretty bad when you receive a letter from the doctors own staff appologizing for the the Doctors behavior. He was cruel to my dog on more than one occassion. I did not witness the first occassion myself when my dog came home with both his eyes bleeding. I did see that when my dog was sedated and muzzled,he was viciously kicked by the doctor. I was not the only one who witnessed this. While my dog was still asleep and heavily sedated, the doctor demanded that the dog be remov... read more

I love and trust Ardda / Dr K!!!! I have been bringing my pets to Ardda for 15+ years. I have brought all kinds of animals, from cats to dogs to ferrets, etc...Dr. K has been knowledgeable in diagnosing / treating each one of them. One time my ferret had an adverse reaction to her distemper shot. He stayed with her after hours to monitor her and nurse her back to health. Even after I brought my dog to emergency and had to have her put to sleep, he was kind enough to look over the paperwork faxed over to him from the clinic a... read more

Doris Our family pet was put down recently. Thanks to Dr. K, we had him almost a year longer then expected due to kidney failure. The Dr. gave us many options to choose from, bloodwork, x-rays, ultasounds, etc., we did everything the Dr. recommended. It is what made the end of my pet's life more bearable. I found this to be a professional office-but notice that some people don't treat it as such and they tend to be the ones that have problems with the Dr. and staff. Come to this office prepared to talk with the Dr. and get y... read more

Amazing Vet & Staff I was skeptical when I initially switched to Dr. K after spending far too much time and money to have another vet tell me my shepherd was just suffering from allergies. The office is small, but the staff is great. They are there because they love what they do, not just for another paycheck. You will not find a vet with more reasonable fees. Also, Dr. K does not corner you into decisions - he gives options and recommendations for treatments. I have so much respect for this doctor and after the wonderful th... read more

Dr. K has a serious complex We took our yellow lab puppy to Ardda after seeing that they had reasonable prices and overall good reviews. I am in the health care profession and have worked with Dr's for years. Dr.K does not listen to what you have to say instead he likes to hear himself speak. I believe that he is a very intelligent person although he is severely lacking in people skills. I found the receptionist rude and condescending on multiple occasions. I would pay a little extra for some compassion and an open ear.
