A manager was so kind and the facilities looks good.
I recently relocated from Chicago, and so far, I would rate the people and community here a solid 10/10. However, I do have some concerns regarding their Fair Housing Policies and their capacity to support individuals with disabilities. I have noticed significant improvements needed in training, particularly among upper-level management, especially with Kristen Seals, the Assistant Community Manager. I’m a Locator and I wanted to stop by to get to know the property and the Leasing Agents I will potentially be working with. I was welcomed with open arms by Shaundra and Braylon. They were both very welcoming and so easy to talk with. I had a great tour with Shaundra! She was extremely knowledgeable of the property and was so down to earth.
