I'm amazed at the "1" star reviews I've noticed for Arcus. I am going to guess that there must be more to the story, and in my opinion, most likely issues dealing with either the insurance company, the "middle man" (in our case Alacrity - THEY are the worst), or both. From the first day of contact with Arcus to the very last (today), they have been nothing short of outstanding professionalism.
