I'm amazed at the "1" star reviews I've noticed for Arcus. I am going to guess that there must be more to the story, and in my opinion, most likely issues dealing with either the insurance company, the "middle man" (in our case Alacrity - THEY are the worst), or both. I will never use Arcus Restoration again. Poor communication and very unprofessional. They were recommended by my insurance company.
Jeremy, Brian, Jalyn, Codi, our ENTIRE team has been so amazing to work with. We would recommend them to anyone, every step we are making in our water damage claim they’re right with us! I can’t wait to see the finished product because I know working with these amazing people it’s gonna be perfect! Do NOT use this company!!!!! They have different locations but the one my insurance recommended was from Franklin & my home is Mboro( there is one in Mboro also). I have so many complaints and problems with this company it would take me a month to tell you about them. I would never recommend them to anyone or use them for anything. I am still taking care of things that they caused. Not professional or talented and not truthful or trustworthy!!!!!!!

ARCUS Restoration is the worst company that a person could hire to fix damage to their home. A tree fell on my home two years ago. They were recommended to me by my insurance company. I had to fire this business because of the terrible results of the repairs. In the room that was damaged, toward the "end" of the project, one of the repairmen tore a part of the bead board out of the wall in order to "match" the wood so the wood could all be replaced. This is in response to the complaint filed by the homeowner. A tree fell and hit the house after a storm. Arcus received the call on May 4, 2017 to tarp the roof where the limbs damaged the roof. A Project Manager from Arcus spoke with homeowner and was told that Mrs. S***** wanted us to complete repairs. We did so, and we received a signed completion form on Oct. 18, 2017 stating the repairs were completed to their satisfaction. We were paid in full and closed the job. Worst company ever!!!! A tornado hit our house in 2016 and the insurance company recommended this company to us. They had to redo everything in my house at least 3 times. Screwed up my hardwood. Never acclimated it just brought it in from the outside and laid it. Such incompetent workers. Wouldn’t show up for work. My mantle is a joke now. The shelf on top of the mantle is maybe 3 inches wide. My suggestion is run the other way as hard as you can!!
I wish i had never let the i surance company send someone they new could do the job . But when you turn in several estiments and insurance company denies them you are dessparte to get youre house in working order.well of course Arcus does alot of there work so guess what kind of work you will get .I promise you not good at all. going on 5 months and still looks like **** bad workmanship .never hire these people. they dont even deserve a star at all but you half to push one.

I used Arcus as a preferred contractor via********* insurance with the idea that it would be easier for me since I lived in the Atlanta area and the property was in the Huntsville, Alabama area. I could not be more wrong. The damage occurred in April of 2017 and they did not complete the project until August of 2018. Yes, it took sixteen months. We do apologize for the timeliness of this project. It did take some time on the front end due to obtaining a signature on the service agreement along with agreement to the scope of work. Due to our contractors and the fact that you were out of state, this delayed some of the decision making moving forward on the job. Actual work did not begin until 10/23/17.
