Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff member who answered the phone (older lady) was rude and unprofessional, and twice ended the call while I was simply asking about pool water pricing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
Very rude . Called to see if they delivered to my home address. She then tells me that they dont deliver to summit county . I was like dang because I was super excited and the lady was very rude and was like yeah because we dont deliver all the way to summit county and hung up on me!
We get 2 loads of water each month from Artic Water. Always deliver when they say they will. No surprises. 14 years and going strong! Thank you to Ken and Mary Ann.

Though I've yet to use their water hauling services, I must say that they went above and beyond to help me out!! I called them with a desperate plea for water delivery during this drought, when they're extremely busy. I had also requested that they take their hose to various different areas on my property to fill holding tanks.
