We called for some information and once she found we were not in the service area the woman hung up on us; not even giving us a chance to ask anything else. Very rude.
We love Arctic Water! They are the most reliable and have the fastest delivery. They'll always try to squeeze you in if you're in a bind. We had tried other water haulers to fill our cistern in the past but struggled with actually getting them on the phone and their reliability. You won't have that issue with Ken. He's great! A++++++
