They put in two new units in our house this past summer - and over hauled our furnace - works the best ever. They are the best in the business - professional, polite, patient, and simply knowledgeable. Dont go anywhere else - choose Artic Sun! They also put in a new upgraded Humidifier attached to the HVAC system. Looks and works GREAT! Yep, thumbs up! They are the best!
First time using this company. Received immediate response when I inquired about service plans & scheduling was easy. Received notice when Technician was dispatched to my home & then a call from Technician with an ETA. Technician was polite & friendly & did a full inspection of my inside & outside system. Was thrilled when he told me he had been with the company for 12 years & he made a recommendation that I decease the MERV rating on my filter to make it easier for my system motor to run. So far so good with this company.
