I am so glad we found Arctic Sun Heating & Cooling! Our service person, Frank arrived on time, and we received fantastic customer service! Frank explained our repairs in full detail so we could better understand the situation.He was also able to do some of the repairs the same day! It's good to know that great service people still exist! Thank you Arctic Sun and Frank!

Last week my German Shepherd decided that she simply had to try the wires on the side of the house. In doing so, she took out my internet, television and the HVAC system. Have to rethink security about her! Anyway, Sam did his always awesome good job! The house feels great again, not frigid! I also have the other services back, but that's a review for another company!
