What I thought was great customer services ended me up with no air at all in this extreme heat. I have dual air in my home I called to have the upstairs unit fixed. The tech replaced the fan motor at almost 600 dollars and then we cut the unit on and was told I also would need a compressor. I was quoted a repair cost of 900 and was advised that a new system would be my best option. Because of the heat I called back to service my unit and I was going to gamble with the 900 repair to only end up with a 3500-4200 quote. What ha... read more

My air conditioner broke down on Memorial Day Weekend - one of the hottest weekends of the year! I called Arctic Sun and within an hour I had a knowledgeable technician at my door. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair immediately. Within 30 minutes my a/c was up and running perfectly. I highly recommend!
