Just wanted to leave a review about this storage place. I’ve dealt with a lot of storage places but never have I’ve experienced such incredible customer service than Arctic. Crystal is the kindest most friendliest person I’ve dealt with. I’ve had a rental there for awhile and she has really gone above and beyond to help me when I needed someone most. Was calling to see what size the units are and if the heated ones were a good size ! And the lady in the front office Crystal is so amazing she is so kind and so sweet and was very helpful about all the units and the prices

EDITED...See attachment near my complaint. GASOLINE FUMES since AUGUST 2025 and Nothing DONE. Why? August 2026 will be ONE YEAR! Today is GOOD FRIDAY. If I light a match will the building blow up? Breathing gasoline as complained by your employee in August and September 2025 is unacceptable and you are compromising the health of that employee and this is a HAZMAT issue! You hearing me? My experience with Arctic Storage at Foothills has been entirely positive. Crystal in the front office is a gem - always on top of things. I rented a small storage space that suited my needs and then rented a parking space because the prices are great and my experience there has been positive. Everything feels safe and secure every time I go there.
