Very helpful from choosing the right hot tub for your budget, to delivery, all the way through to supporting you with hot tub ownership and balancing your water. Quick to answer questions and help via email or phone. We had a couple lights stop working in our new tub and they sent someone out right away to fix it within warranty with no hassle.
We’ve had consistently excellent service from Arctic Spas Saskatoon. The service technicians are high-quality, professional, efficient, and always friendly. We have been Saskatoon Arctic spa customers for about 25 years. The first hot tub was 20 years old when we decided to upgrade. We believe Arctic Spa hot tubs are the best choice for Canadian winters. Recently, we had planned to head south for the winter so had our tub drained and serviced.
