Very friendly customer service. Had an issue with the cover and immediately ordered a replacement for us on warranty. We love our swim spa!
The workers showed up at the appointed time, worked in a friendly professional manner- were patient and helpful with the app set up. Everything went smoothly and more quickly than expected.
I wouldn't go a day without my arctic spa!!
