RecommendedI had a small leak in my tub (pump seal) and left a message on the weekend with Arctic Spas via their website contact. They weren’t open Sunday or Monday and figured their was no chance they would be available on Christmas Eve. Received an text stating the service tech was on his way at 10am. Have had our spa for several years. We had to order ours custom as it was not a regular spa that they carried. They had it ready before the order date but held it for us free of charge until our deck was ready. We did have a issue with our heater pump but because their warranty is so great we did not have to worry about it. They came out within half hour of me calling them and had it fixed and has run perfect ever since.
