I have been a customer of Arctic Spas for almost 20 years now. I love the salt water hot tubs. The salt system makes it so much easier to maintain. I recently just bought their cold plunge and sauna. We use those almost every day and have really enjoyed having them. The service I have received over the years and the quality of their products is what keeps me coming back.
Grateful for Billy enthusiastically stepping us into our first Artic Spas hot tub. The customer service at Artic Spas is top notch. I also want to give a shout out to the nice redheaded guy who answered a lot of our next level questions. Some times it takes a team and Artic Spas has a good one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We're excited for our install in a couple weeks.
When I contacted Artic Spa to buy some lights for my spa, it seemed like it was going to take a very long time; however, Christian made my experience a very positive one! He took the time to drive to the Salt Lake store and ensure the lights were placed on order and then followed up to tell me when the next truck would be in and that he would call or text me. Had a small leak, called for service in the morning and the repair was completed in the afternoon. Just wonderful service as always.
