Fletcher was very helpful
John from the American Fork store has been amazing to work with. We were having difficulties keeping our spa clear. After speaking with John in the store, he offered to come to our home and take a look. John took time out of his personal schedule to help us out. I have not seen this level of customer service in many, many years. Arctic Spa is lucky to have him working there. He is really knowledgeable and friendly, and has impressed me very much.
Had a great experience with purchase and set up. Ben was great during setup and made it super clear what steps needed to be taken to get the spa up and running. Can't wait.
Christian (and everyone) at Arctic Spas was phenomenal! They were so kind, helpful, and accommodating! Also-the hot tub is amazing!!! We love it!
