We love our Swim Spa and working with Christian at Arctic Spas! We were intimidated by the idea, but he worked with us to make it work financially and logistically as well had it installed in our tall deck - and we love it it! You should get one too!
Kimberly & I visited every spa dealership in Southern Utah. We wanted the most maintenance-free tub available. Ultimately, Arctic Spas stood alone with the features we wanted. Specifically, Christian Crawford, at Arctic Spas in Salt Lake City did an excellent job of bringing clarity to us and coordinating an excellent purchase agreement. Casey, from St. George, delivered our spa with a large crane and set it up perfectly. We are very pleased with our research, installation, and working relationship with Arctic Spas.
We purchased an Arctic Spa from Billy at Arctic Spa in the American Fork Store. Our experience was amazing and we love our Spa! Billy was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with no pressure. We would recommend an Arctic Spa to anyone looking for a hot tub that proves to be relaxing and low maintenance due to the salt water system!
John and the rest of the team at Arctic Spas were great to work with, they got us exactly what we were looking for in a swim spa and have been so helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend anybody use them in the future.
Christian at the AF location was fantastic to work with. From the introduction, explanation of options, purchasing, delivery/installation, and follow up, he has been great the whole way. I have no doubt that going forward he will be there for us for any questions or problems that pop up. Highest recommendation!
