Brutal service dept. Tech matt put in wrong eco PAC system to cub 209 tub ( put 202 new eco in) and couldn't read so boy Worth calling anyone else . Beware

I cannot say enough good things about the Arctic Spa Service Department in Barrie! From start to finish, Caitlyn and the two technicians were absolutely amazing. After a serious fracture in my right leg, my hot tub became my sanctuary, and the recent ice storm caused more damage than we anticipated.
