I cannot say enough good things about the Arctic Spa Service Department in Barrie! From start to finish, Caitlyn and the two technicians were absolutely amazing. After a serious fracture in my right leg, my hot tub became my sanctuary, and the recent ice storm caused more damage than we anticipated. A great shout out to the sales for Dakota and Jenn. They help as much as possible and very friendly. Now for service….i have dealt with them a couple times. From scheduling to follow ups, Kyle in th le back on calls to support and Matt with great service and constant communications, made us feel comfortable and part of the Arctic Spa family.
This is my second hot tub purchased through Arctic Spas in Barrie. Both times were professional, helpful and the follow up timely. I was able to sit in as many hot tubs as I wanted to ensure I made the right purchase. Delivery and set up was also handled with professionalism and knowledge.
I would like to thank Jenn for her knowledge and patience with us in making a decision on the right spa for us. I know exactly why this business has a wonderful reputation and has upheld the values for many years.
