We’ve been very happy with Arctic Spas Barrie. We started using our Freeflow Spa is December 2026 and we LOVE IT. The sales staff is always happy to help with any questions that I have. Excellent customer service. They sold us and delivered a great hot tub!
We bought the Totem hot tub and unfortunately it was leaking form the shell when arrived. BUT , we were very pleased with the excellent customer service and they delivered a new tub within weeks . We enjoy it every day ! Mistakes happens - It’s all about how it’s dealt with that’s important 👏
I was happy with the service. Matt was both professional and informative and would have him back anytime to work on my spa.
Can’t imagine doing this if we hadn’t already had a hot tub. Very overwhelming. Pretty much on your own. Allan tries to answer questions but he is not service dept. thank goodness for YouTube I asked why my cover was brown and not grey. And still waiting to find out what the yellow stuff is that is coming out of the cover and continues to stain the water line and top surface of tub.
