I was happy with the service. Matt was both professional and informative and would have him back anytime to work on my spa.
Can’t imagine doing this if we hadn’t already had a hot tub. Very overwhelming. Pretty much on your own. Allan tries to answer questions but he is not service dept. thank goodness for YouTube I asked why my cover was brown and not grey. And still waiting to find out what the yellow stuff is that is coming out of the cover and continues to stain the water line and top surface of tub. Excellent and courteous service by Tyler. This Arctic Spa sales outlet had the best price compared to other stores closer to us and have had excellent after-sales service from them.
Brutal service dept. Tech matt put in wrong eco PAC system to cub 209 tub ( put 202 new eco in) and couldn't read so boy Worth calling anyone else . Beware
