Always so helpful and caring. All the staff just seems to love what they do. 5 years with my hot tub and I love it and so glad I have the Barrie team to assist me!!

We love our Arctic Spa hot tub and use it daily. More than that we love the in store service we get. From free water testing to advice, the in store staff are amazing with special shout outs to Jenn and Dakota who are always there to help. Even when closed, we have texted and received prompt help. We have not had any issues yet so can’t comment on the service department. Highly recommend the Barrie location to all.
My wife and I spent a pleasurable hour or so with Jenn C, Hot Tub Specialist, who brought us up to speed on developments in technology since our previous purchase about 20 years ago. She was a wealth of knowledge and "dumbed things down" as I asked of her so I could better understand. She answered each and every question or concern we had.
