Really love our new Arctic Spa hot tub. Very high-quality product. We interacted with quite a few people in order to coordinate the purchase, delivery, and installation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Specifically, Waylon & Timm did a fantastic job for the "spa school" portion--both were very thorough and patient in explaining features and answering all our questions. Highly recommend.
Nathan is incredible. He enthusiastically helped me take a master class in how to care for the water in my hot tub even though I didn't buy the hot tub from them. They have an excellent selection of chemicals everything you would need plus the knowledge and experience to keep your Spa running tip top.
Sales and customer service locally has been exceptional. The quality and esthetics of our hot tub are great. We are repeat customers for a reason.
We purchased our Spa from Nathan and he was great. After the spa was delivered, they sent out their tech whose name was Waylon. He was amazing.
Can’t live without the cold tub!!! Use it every day… go check them out if you haven’t see them….. ask for Nathan!!
