Waylon came out to help with our hot tub repair. He was awesome and went above and beyond!
We had a service technician come out today named Tony Nabors. He knew we had trouble with our spa previously that was unaddressed by the last technician. He went out of his way to pay close attention to all of our service needs and was extremely professional. He even found additional issues while he diagnosed our spa. He replaced parts and fixed every issue we had to include the additional he found. I have owned my Arctic Spa for 3 years. I scheduled an at home service call for the first time last week due to my spa not heating correctly. The technician, Waylon Bucher, was perfect. He found the problem almost immediately, fixed it, and conducted a 21 point inspection all while I bugged him with questions about how to better take care of my spa. He answered all of my questions like a professional and finished the job quickly. He is the standard.
Great service, very professional and efficient in the installation. Excellent review of setup and maintenance with the spa school as well. We also happened to notice a tiny imperfection/tear in the spa cover and they replaced it within a few days, no questions asked. We are very pleased that we went with Arctic Spas!
Toni Nabors was absolutely amazing very informative very helpful and gave great advice on keeping my hot tub clean 10 out of 10 would recommend Tony
