We had a great experience in purchasing our first ever spa. Jordan was extremely helpful from the very first time we walked through the door. He not only helped us determine which hot tub would work best for our needs, he assisted in finding a crane company to place it on our deck. Fantastic experience and we couldn’t be more pleased.
We bought our spa from Wanda over 5 years ago and absolutely love it. We've only had to have them come out once a year for maintenance. Professional, reliable great customer service and products. Definitely recommend 👌

I cannot say enough good things about Nathan, the manager at Arctic Spas in Colorado Springs. Yeah, the hot tub is amazing, but I already knew that. The real difference is the customer service, and I can't tell you the number of times Nathan went out of his way not only to help me get the model I wanted through a long process with the bank during construction, but also to make sure that I had every little thing I needed to understand it and set it up.
