Waylon Boucher and Timm Nygen were amazing techs. Came out today to do a full inspection and look at why we were having black soot like substance coming from somewhere in the system. Upon inspection they found and aftermarket bromine system the previous owner had installed. In stead of throwing unneeded parts at the problem asked if he could remove that system. Upon removal found that was the problem. The bromine component was deteriorating and causing all the problems. I appreciate these guys and know I can finally clean it... read more
