I've owned my Arctic Spas Husky for about a month now. Because this was a significant purchase, I did a lot of research online before I started talking to dealers in town, and narrowed it down to a few folks with great reviews. Our total experience with Arctic Spas was exceptional. Being a previous spa owner (not an Arctic Spa) and not having a pleasant experience, my guard was up. Our salesman Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Arctic Spas are well designed and constructed and after talking with Jordan I decided to buy one. We had a water leak on our hot tub, so we scheduled a repair. Scheduling was easy and we got an appointment fairly quickly. On the day of the appointment we received a call to let us know the technician was enroute. Waylon quickly diagnosed the issue and had all parts on hand to make an expedient repair. He did an awesome job!
