Waylon and Tony showed up to move our swim spa. They understood the cost and time while ensuring they did everything correctly. I would recommend them to everyday.
Devon came out in crazy wind and crazy freaking cold and set up our lift for the cover. I felt bad for him. Then he went through everything with the chemicals and even gave me a hand out sheet he had made to make it simple for me For recent service the techs are outstanding. Made trips back n forth to get things fixed. BUT….the parts……months….months waiting for a pump the whole time it slowly leaked. No sense of urgency for that part. That part got old. We absolutely LOVE our new hot tub! Jordan was great to work with. He listened to our needs and space limitations and helped us select the perfect tub. The delivery and installation crew was careful and meticulous and made sure we knew everything before they left. The high quality of Arctic is evident wherever you look. 5-Stars all around!! Highly recommend!!
