We can't say enough about Arctic Spa! From Kayleigh selling us our new Klondiker tub to Cacy who was amazing at setting up delivery, answering every question we had and went out of her way for us. To Nadine who helped me realize it was Arctic with a "c" and Mike who came out to make sure our tub was running perfectly....which it was! You guys went above and beyond our expectations. We LOVE our new tub and the best part is its Canadian!!! Thank you for welcoming us into the Arctic Spa Family!
Tyler and Jeremy travelled for 4 hours (each way) today to deliver our spa. Communication, top notch. Co-ordination with our electrician and water truck was seamless. Tyler and Jeremy's time estimates for set-up were spot on. No one had to wait around for something else to happen. Tyler and Jeremy are pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled, task-oriented and good Spa School instructors. Neither Tyler nor Jeremy faltered in their patience or energy, despite a very long day.
I just purchased a used Artic Spa hot hub. I needed a few parts and reached out to Artic Spas Burlington. Their customer service was fantastic and the right parts showed up in less than a week!
Mike came out and did a great job diagnosing my issue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me pointers on a few maintenance items.
