The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem correctly and installed the part quickly. The fix has my spa working perfectly again.
Rusting jets, leaking water, falling-apart cover plates, and water chemistry that was impossible to balance. After many months of troubleshooting and warranty service repairs—during which the service department refused to provide original OEM parts—the new tub, which had never been used, ultimately had to be replaced.
