What an amazing experience. This is our first hot tub and the team at Arctic Spa Burlington was amazing. They were knowledgeable and made purchase easy. The delivery was smooth, Tyler and Tyler did an awesome job setting it up and teaching me how to use my tub- Spa school. They were friendly, approachable and answered all of my questions. When they were done they cleaned up, leaving my yard spotless. Highly recommend this crew!
When we purchased our home last year, we inherited a hot tub from the previous owners. At first, we weren’t exactly thrilled — we’ve never really been “hot tub people.” But the amazing staff at Arctic Spas completely changed our minds. I've been to this store a couple of times for a few purchases, and the staff helped me out with what I was looking for, with replacement parts and also information that I was wondering about. I would recommend this store for anyone with an Arctic Spa or any hot tub questions.
We are still in the waiting phase to actually get our swim spa, but Alex in Arctic is so amazing, he was super helpful, so knowledgeable and friendly, he was patient and not pushy, and worked out the best deal for us and helped with making informed decisions . We did our research tried many places but Alex was who we wanted to work with and Arctic Spas seem to be the superior so far! Hoping the delivery and final install is just as good! I will update then. Thanks Alex!!!
