Overall great product and service. We had a little issue getting the water treated properly on setup, but Christian and others there were great at helping us get things worked out. We have loved it since. Also, probe went bad early on and they were great about getting it replaced right away. Customer service has been great

Dropped by Arctic Spas Anchorage to get some parts for our “well-seasoned” spa, and they took care of my requirements quickly and professionally. I walked away with most of the parts I needed, and with a promise to get the ones they didn’t have in stock. First visit to this business, and I saw a great selection of tubs. Can’t say I need a new one, since ours is still doing great; they are built so well! Well deserving of my five-star rating.
