Dropped by Arctic Spas Anchorage to get some parts for our “well-seasoned” spa, and they took care of my requirements quickly and professionally. I walked away with most of the parts I needed, and with a promise to get the ones they didn’t have in stock. First visit to this business, and I saw a great selection of tubs. Can’t say I need a new one, since ours is still doing great; they are built so well! Well deserving of my five-star rating.

As our hot tub took about 4 months to get to us due to having to be built and us throwing upgrades in I must say now that it’s here it was so worth the wait!! Christian was so awesome to work with he was giving us updates about our tub all the way threw and when it got delivered he stayed till it was filled and up and going which surprised me but must say it was grade A service !! Excellent spa for Alaska climate. We worked with Christian and his knowledge was impressive and he communicated it effectively; and, he never lost patience with us, despite bothering him a lot!
