The crew is amazing!! As a truck driver delivering tubs, I couldn't ask for better people to deal with!!
As our hot tub took about 4 months to get to us due to having to be built and us throwing upgrades in I must say now that it’s here it was so worth the wait!! Christian was so awesome to work with he was giving us updates about our tub all the way threw and when it got delivered he stayed till it was filled and up and going which surprised me but must say it was grade A service !! Excellent spa for Alaska climate. We worked with Christian and his knowledge was impressive and he communicated it effectively; and, he never lost patience with us, despite bothering him a lot!

Thank you Anchorage Arctic Spas for your help and the awesome hot tub! Big shout out to Ken Potestio for helping us get our new hot tub online and with tips for maintaining it. We've enjoyed northern lights, kid parties, friends and fall colors in a short time, and, not surprisingly a cleaning as well (ugh birch pollen!). Ken helped us understand the system and get it all cleaned up. Loving the ease of the Spa Boy system and appreciate the simplicity of maintainig tub! Looking forward to a Fairbanks winter!
