Contacted them two weeks ago to install a mini split said it would be a week out, no problem. When contacting them a week later said would be out at the beginning of the week. Sent three emails and left messages with no response. All they had to do was say that they couldn’t do the job instead of ignoring all of our correspondence.

Was referred to Artic by my furnace repair company .My largest commercial cooler went down in June when the temperature skyrocketed and EVERYONE had problems .I called and was told atech would be there the next day ..He tried to repair the compressor to no avail.I thought I did sufficient research to know what kind of unit I wanted but was shown how wrong I was.I was quoted a fair price and told by 4pm it would be working.It was.Polite professional tech who explained everything to me in simple layman's terms I could understa... read more

Brian was responsive to my initial call, prompt, kind, tidy, pleasant and professional. My AC was back on within an hour of his arrival. Thanks for the great service!
