We requested a complete AC repair and Arctic HVAC Installers delivered. Both sales and installation processes were outstanding. The technicians, Stanley and Kyle, were polite, proficient, and considerate. It took a full day as anticipated, but the equipment was installed professionally; a stark contrast to our previous unit. Craig and Tina were excellent. They diagnosed the trouble and had the parts to repair it. They wore their shoe covers and took a superb look at the upstairs attic part of the unit. I felt totally comfortable that I had the problem solved.
