VERY POOR SERVICE & HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Don't go to Arctic spa. We purchased ours there 10 yrs ago. Shortly after receiving it, it started to leak inside the cavity of the tub but were unaware of it until I took the side panels off to figure out why the water was going down so fast. Water was sitting there long enough to rot the wood holding the tub together. They don't use pressure treated wood. They had there service people come and fix the leak but no offer to fix the damaged wood. Some of there service people had no idea h... read more
We were just there, and spent 20min in the tent and store. Not one employee greeted us or approached. They were seemingly too busy chatting. We'll take our $$$ elsewhere.
Just had Nick, one of the service technicians come out as we had a leak in our tub. He was amazing, very insightful and very thorough. After he was done, you would never know anyone was here as there was no mess. Amazing service.
I bought my Spa at the Spring Home show. Candace was terrific service and knowledge over the top. I have talked to many folks at this store as I get questions. Everyone has been more than helpful. Just Aug 22 I called again and received courteous and excellent support. Love the salt system very easy to maintain. They, via the internet see exactly how my system is performing. Well done
