After extensive research and shopping we decided to get an Arctic Hot Tub. Everything pointed to them being the best made, built in Canada and built for our environment. The service here is second to none. The quality of the Canadian-made tub is exceptional. It's our second tub but only because we moved to a location without one. I would definitely buy again.

The power to our hot tub went out in February. We were unaware of the outage and didn’t notice until the end of March. There were a couple centimetres of ice on the top of the water. We waited until the weather warmed up and turned it back on. It worked perfectly and started warming the frigid water. These hot tubs are very well made!
