A hot tub is a pretty serious purchase but Randy and the entire team at Arctic Spa in Whitby made it seamless and completely pressure free. He answered questions, helped us figure out the right model and set us up with a squad of awesome people to prepare the area. The delivery was where I was most worried - but should not have been. We have been a customer of Arctic Hottubs for 6 years now , and this is our second tub which is the swim spa. The SpaBoy system is incredible. I guarantee you it is low maintenance, I have asked Randy and Tony a few times, “ is there something I am forgetting to do , or missing?” And they both have been helpful in explaining any detail I would highly recommend the product and customer service from Arctic Hot Tub in Whitby .
