We have had Arctic for over 10 years. Always professional and always on time. Recently added a Respicaire system to our furnace and cant beieve the difference in the air quality in our home. Would highly recommend the unit and especially Arctic!
Mitsubishi mini-split heaven. Jeff and his team did a great job of prepping and minimizing any dust (couldn't detect any) from drilling through brick, concrete block and drywall. The installation looks fabulous. I'm a fussy customer and Arctic exceeded my expectations. Thanks to all. FYI, this has to be the quietest A/C unit (inside and out) on the planet. Cooling has been terrific.
We have a dinosaur a/c system, (a weird ceiling contraption) and for 3 years could not find anyone who was willing to fix it. Artic came through! They had to have to unit built for us, but did it, installed it in 2 days and were so professional, friendly, clean and easy to deal with. We are so happy to be here today in a cool, dry condo!
