It looks as though my experience with Arctic Heating and Cooling mimics many others when it comes to their TERRIBLE customer service. Not only is the issue in my home still occurring after 3 visits and almost a month of this, the attitude from Liz, the receptionist was appalling. I let her supervisor know the way I was spoken to and that a review on how Liz spoke to me would be written. They were great! They showed up on time and were very professional. They explained what they were doing and completed the project in a timely fashion. I can't tell you how much lower my electric bills are now compared to what they were. And our house feels great - especially in this hot weather! I would definitely recommend and will always call them for our heating/cooling needs.!

My heating system stopped working on a Thursday morning. Artic was contacted via my warranty company who did not care If I had heat during this cold period of time. Friday an Arctic representative neglected to call the proper contact number. Then proceeded to access the property without acknowledging themselves. Professional and highly skilled this company knows what they're doing! Courteous and prompt attention from the office staff led to quick appointment scheduling. Technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. He explained it so I understood the problem and had to order the part. Once they received it they installed and it worked like a charm. Exactly the type of business that is rewarded with repeat business - quick, courteous, knowledgable. Arctic will be my first call each and every time.
