This is an outstanding company. We needed some service done that needed to be done to keep us cool they did not have the part on the truck when they came out and I said they could just come tomorrow and they said no we’re gonna do it today and they came out that evening and did it for us. I have always had great service with this company and highly recommend them. our unit still had a warranty after I guess three or four years on that particular part so we did not have to pay. That’s another big plus.

Technician NNR came to do my semi annual service. In the past this has taken 45 to 60 minutes. This young man was done in less than 30. So I question if he really did all he was supposed to do or said he did. There are lots of leaves and debris caught around the bottom of my outside unit. Not only was he finished PDQ he then fell asleep in my driveway when he was supposed to be processing the invoice for me to sign. Outstanding services provided by the technicians and customer service staff. We have purchased new units for our home and have been receiving system check services.
