We are so happy with Arctic. Second time using them, this time they took over an ongoing issue with an AC unit Bayside could not fix for three months and ghosted us on. Sean never gave up researched the problem and always ALWAYS followed up. This guy deserves a raise!

I want to share the unprofessional manor of the service technician, I will not be listening to someone whom puts down other service technicians! The issue still needs to be resolved and excuses are being made !

My AC was not working, making a funny noise and then shut down. My neighbor said it sounded like the compressor. I called them at 7:30 AM and left a message. They returned my call at 8:00 and had someone there later that day. Turned out to be a quick fix and a reasonable price.

We had an AC issue late at night on July 3rd and were honestly worried we were going to be stuck without air, especially in this heat. Arctic Air came out at 11:30PM and got us taken care of quickly. David was our technician and he was amazing—professional, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Jeremias saved the day when our ac went out late at night. We have a baby and was worried he would be too hot. Jeremias arrived promptly within the hour with a smile on his face. Very knowledgeable and professional Artic! You have a great technician ! I will be requesting him next time. Thank you!
