Shipping was very timely and Installation was very easy. The heat pump works great; very quiet and efficient. Sales and Tech support was very helpful. Tech support helped me with understanding the controller where the videos fell a bit short. All my concerns were cleared up in less than 20 minutes. Haven’t had the opportunity to use the chiller. The app has a program issue using Fahrenheit. If you use the app I recommend doing the temperature conversion and use Celsius because in Fahrenheit there seems to be some app program... read more

Product as advertised works great, the only downside I wish the control panel was a little higher on the heat pump

This licensed architect is very satisfied with the Artic Heat Pump system sold to me for my studio building. It has served flawlessly for about two years. Not a hiccup anywhere with anything. 1st startup went smooth and ever since - excellent comfort radiant heating. I've haven't had to use the cooling side yet but confident it will work equally as well albeit the problem with humidity control is ever present. Excellent product and after 5 decades of architecture and construction - I've seen many issues along the way. M Doll
