Shipping was very timely and Installation was very easy. The heat pump works great; very quiet and efficient. Sales and Tech support was very helpful. Tech support helped me with understanding the controller where the videos fell a bit short. All my concerns were cleared up in less than 20 minutes. Haven’t had the opportunity to use the chiller. The app has a program issue using Fahrenheit. If you use the app I recommend doing the temperature conversion and use Celsius because in Fahrenheit there seems to be some app program... read more

Product as advertised works great, the only downside I wish the control panel was a little higher on the heat pump
