Great company, Great experience! John R was so knowledgeable and was always there for me throughout my entire project. Adam C helped get me set up and troubleshoot various problems that were due to my own install mistakes. They are patient and kind, and very easy to get in touch with! This company is helping move the heating and cooling part of the building industry forward in the United States, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm saving a lot of money heating with an Arctic Heat Pump. Before I installed the heat pump I was paying $700 per month on natural gas. Now my solar panels heat the pool.

It was easy to work with Arctic Air. They answered all my questions, did a Manual J calculation, LoopCalc, helped select the components and the prices were reasonable.

Great across the board. We put a fiberglass pool into our yard in 2016 and heated via a standard heat pump of a major brand. It worked great in the late spring and through late summer. But come any of those days where temperatures drop into the high 40's or below, the heater would be in defrost mode more than heating mode. (I like my pool season to be mid March until mid December.
