Bought a ice maker from them and couldn't be more happy. Jordan was great to work with!!
Bought 11,000+$ worth of equipment. Some Atosa brand. Having some issues with my ice maker water pressure artic was supposed to get in touch with atosa since I couldn't. I have not heard from either place after being told I would receive a call back. So Arctic could get someone out here on a warranty call which has not happened. Paid $600 for a service call One time for them to come and show me how to turn my pilot light screw to keep my pilots burning swore I wouldn't use them again bc poor communication.
