Horrible, horrible, horrible! My husband is currently deployed for a year so I have been alone in Alaska for quite a few holidays. My Aunt set up for this company to deliver me flowers at work the day before Christmas Eve. The flowers did not come until 10 minutes before 5pm. I leave work at 4:30. I ordered a same-day delivery to the nearby air force base on 11/4/13 and the order was delivered same-day as requested. I gave the floral designer the choice to make the arrangement from the best selections available and my friend was overwhelmed at the size and quality of the arrangement. I suggested a few flowers I did not want included in the arrangement and that request was honored. Ordered tall purple tulips in a glass vase, got daisys in a tea cup. Asked for them to be picked up for a infants funeral and instead they somehow sent them to the parents. And to top it off they spelled the babies name wrong on the tag. Dont waste your money here.
The took my money, never delivered the arrangement I ordered, and refused to provide a refund. I've filed a report with the local police and the BBB. Take you business elsewhere!
