My spouse and I visited Arctic Fame Diamonds to look for my birthstone as a birthday present. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by an employee named Inessa. She helped us every step of the way, making the experience feel easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her, we found some truly beautiful pieces.
Vanessa, the blonde lady, is pretty bad at marketing. I was trying to buy some earrings today, and she tried to sell them to me by saying that the ones I have don’t look good on me and they look too big😂😂. Like genuinely who are you to talk about my earrings. You lost a customer instead of gaining one sadly. Hopefully next time I’ll have someone who compliments me, or just doesn’t give a comment if it’s not their business. I think you are here to sell, not to talk about my looks.

Very happy with my recent experience with Arctic Fame Diamonds. I purchased online as I do not live in the Vancouver area. Irene was very responsive via email. Prices were competitive and she went out of her way to take various photos and videos to email me. Delivery was prompt. Although the ring was beautiful, a small detail about the asymmetry bothered me. Irene was quick to respond saying they would fix to my liking.
