I never write reviews however, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Coffee machines are unreliable, no communication when it comes to timing of repairs, charged for low volume during COVID even though everything was shut down, absolutely hands down the worst company service I have ever encountered.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Not only were the deliveries inconsistent and would get rescheduled whenever they pleased, they have been charging us a quarterly fee for a product we outright purchased! Numerous calls to get this fixed and you never get a response. Michelle in billing needs to learn how to do her job and be taught some customer service skills. Save yourself the trouble and find another water delivery company.
