The delivery people are very nice and when I call Customer Service they "seem" to do their best to accommodate us but whoever runs this business is extremely inefficient and it seems they simply don't care. We are rarely open on Fridays and have told them multiple times that we cannot get Friday water deliveries as the office is CLOSED. I check the delivery calendar regularly and they NEVER deliver on the scheduled day, which is always on a Tuesday, every 4 weeks. They come whenever they wish, it seems. I never write reviews however, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Coffee machines are unreliable, no communication when it comes to timing of repairs, charged for low volume during COVID even though everything was shut down, absolutely hands down the worst company service I have ever encountered.
