Very happy with what we ordered from AC. Tradesmen were polite and got straight into it. Very impressed with our new system, right down to every fine detail.
I've changed my review, rather late as this was resolved long ago. We had problems, a technician was sent out and fixed the problem, we had a reply from the review apologising for the service. I didn't need to ring back to get resolved. Since the repair we have had a good running system. Thank you
DON'T USE ARCTIC COLD!!! They were booked to do a clean and the guy turned up saying it was a service, then he stuffed around, argued, started to diagnose the A/C when he was not required to and made up lies to the office saying he was abused - he wasn't! He hardly spoke unless he began an argument with us! He otherwise ignored us! He just did as he pleased and not what he was here for! Then after a long time he finally did a poor job of a clean and we were hit with a large bill that exceeded their quote a lot. Will never us... read more
