We purchased a few years ago Daikin ducted air conditioning system for the house and we could not be happier as a family. The house remains nice warm or cold, depending on the time of the year and is easy to control. The installation went smooth and staff is polite and helpful. The last few weeks we had a problem with a split Mitsubishi system with two head units in our shed. The electronic boards in the outside unit were gone due a spider shortcutting the board. I called Arctic Cold last week in tears because I had mould coming through my ceiling, both Lyn and Julie were so compassionate and kind to me, they listened and told me it would be okay and organised someone to come out even though their schedule was busy, they still fit me in. Jackson turned up on time and was absolutely lovely, he assured me, completed the service on my ducted air conditioning system and checked the whole system in the roof for leaks.
