I called Arctic Cold last week in tears because I had mould coming through my ceiling, both Lyn and Julie were so compassionate and kind to me, they listened and told me it would be okay and organised someone to come out even though their schedule was busy, they still fit me in. Jackson turned up on time and was absolutely lovely, he assured me, completed the service on my ducted air conditioning system and checked the whole system in the roof for leaks. "I couldn't be happier with the service from Artic Cold Hervey Bay. Wayne went above and beyond, coming out to the house twice to patiently work with me through the different cassette aircon installation options. Julie in the office was equally fantastic, making all the paperwork super easy to deal with. The new Daikin air conditioning is incredible, and the family loves it just as much as I do. Outstanding experience from start to finish!"
