I have ordered delivery from the Redwood road location on two different occasions, and was less than satisfied. Today's order was to be delivered by 4:30. I received a text indicating that there is a delay (no explanation). I called and asked why? The young man that answered the phone informed me the order was picked up 10 minutes before I got the text! At 4:45 our order finally arrived! The food wasn't even warm! This is the service Arctic Circle "preferred "! Artic Circle find a better preferred delivery service!
Overpriced but the food is really good.
the ranch burger combo for $6.99! Not only the best deal in town, but the burger actually matches the pics in ads. Very substantial & satisfying. The Mushroom & Swiss burger also to die for!
So slow. Last 2 times I was there it took 15 minutes and then I had to ask why it was taking so long. Customer service has gone down hill here.
