That fried halibut patty? Absolutely amazing! Perhaps Utah's best. Then they drown it in tartar like they’re trying to marinade it. Lettuce? Blink and you’ll miss it. And the service—it’s got “I paused my Twitch stream for this” energy. Not rude, just…like they’d rather have their controller in their hand than your shake. Fry sauce though?
