I came here to dine in after practice and ordered a burger with no pickles, and it came with pickles. Last night I came through and not only was I in the drive thru for 30 minutes (its on my receipt) they also forgot the pickles on one of my friends' cheeseburger. Tell these damn cashiers to learn how to talk to people as well.
I got a sour chocolate ice cream cone. The next week I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone again. It was more sour and now had a tangy taste and not good at all. I threw it away. I called them and told them. The machine had not been cleaned since it was sour the week before. The guy on the phone said they clean it when the customers report it being sour. Clearly they don’t clean the machines once a week as he told me. Shoddy.
