Very courteous and fast workers at this arctic circle, which is not what I usually expect at an arctic circle.These girls are on it.And so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.Restaurant style, I appreciate their effort.It's seldom seen these days
Was a bit of a pain order food. Speaker doesn't work very well. Had to go inside to order. The help was really slow.
I ordered two burgers and received different burgers than the two I ordered. I said multiple times no drink with the burger but was still charged for a drink. No kids toy with the kids meal. No ranch that I requested with my chicken rings.
I wish I knew how to contact the manager directly... I had an awful experience. I can't even rate the food because we weren't served. It was my son's last night at home, before heading off to college- 1500 miles away. For his last meal, he wanted finger steaks. Artic circle is closest to us so we headed over to snag some food. It was our first time at Arctic Circle inside Ridley’s and it was delicious. Sawyer was amazing. Helped us understand the menu, answered questions, and had a great overall energy. I wanted to tip him, but said he couldn’t accept it. Then asked if I would be willing to post a Google review. This isn’t something I do very often, but I didn’t want to let Sawyer down. He was stellar. And the shake was spectacular! I highly recommend.
