I have been a customer for 3 years + including their bi-annual service. Starting in December of 2023 one heat pump unit failed. this unit required them to make 5 different trips. It was a comedy of diagnostic work, installing capacitors, then fuses, then a fan motor, then an expansion valve etc. I spent over 1200.00 dollars on this repair. I had to argue with them over the bill. They lost track that I had paid a 200 deposit in their final billing at my house.
