We called them for a call on a refrigerator that was not cooling on the bottom. They came and fixed the refrigerator without consulting us and then charged us $346.35 for a repair that should have been under $150.00. It was just a blower assembly. A part that normally cost $15.00. They were very rude and told us that it is what it is. I will not recommend these people to anyone. I could have purchased a new refrigerator for what they charged us.
