Last week we contacted our home warranty company and they set up an appointment with John at Arctic AirPro Care and Heat LLC. He responded immediately to the request, called us, and came out to our home the same day. John properly diagnosed the issue with our AC, and let us know he’d have to come back to perform services needed. If I could give John a5 star plus I would. He worked relentlessly on my air condition from 11am til 6:15 pm In Heat of up to 120+ - he had to do extra work to make the equipment the worthless Choice home warranty sent him. He knew it was going to be hot hot hot over the weekend. He is a great guy about communicating with the clients and giving them the best service with what he had to work with. I would definitely give him a 5+ - always works with a positive attitude!
John is the man! Worked with us and got both units going and cooling! And we live in the boonies. He went above and beyond to ensure he fixed everything. Very professional, polite, and punctual, besides being very knowledgeable and efficient. He’s very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.
