I have been impressed with how thorough John has been: I mainly have old restraint equipment and he has been quick to get there and solve the problems. He has done more maintenance to prevent problems than anyone has in 30 years. Also, he takes the time to explain what is going on with the equipment. After all my people have retired I was highly concerned about finding someone new. It has been a relief, I call, he gets there. Thanks for your professionalism. .

As renters our awesome landlord was quick to contact Airpro and John was at our door the next day. He diagnosed the problem which was the motor. He went and got what he needed and was back to install that same day. By the time we got home from an errand he had been back, installed the new motor and was gone. Our house was cooling down and everything running smoothly again. Thank you John for your quick and prompt service during a very warm weather spell. Would highly recommend John at Airpro.

If I could give a higher score I would. John was very pleasant and well knowledgeable with his work. Very happy I didn’t call the AC guy from this other company. I don’t think I would’ve cared for that so much so thank you for doing an excellent job and now I’m cold thanks.

Last week we contacted our home warranty company and they set up an appointment with John at Arctic AirPro Care and Heat LLC. He responded immediately to the request, called us, and came out to our home the same day. John properly diagnosed the issue with our AC, and let us know he’d have to come back to perform services needed.
