What normally would have been a routine semiannual checkup unexpectedly became much more difficult because of extensive renovation work going on at my condo. The system was clogged with drywall dust and other debris, but the Arctic Air technician did a marvelous job getting it cleaned out and the A/C system operating efficiently once again. Kudos!
Wow. So the service and installation was great. The owner actually seemed cool at first. Lately I’ve had problems. So I call the 727 #. Only to speak to a person who barely speaks English. Will never use again. Everything is obviously under warranty but if you call after 5, you are calling India. And they have no clue what is going on. Or even the temperature of where you are located.
