Excellent company to work with as they respond immediately to your needs. Installed a new Trane heat pump/air handling system and the installment group worked very hard and were great.
Alan put in a brand new ac. It sucks. It's broken all the time. He said he was getting a part to fix it. Then the part didn't come in and he still refuses to change the lemon he sold and installed. RUN the other way. I am calling the state licensing board. Asking anyone to wait in the Florida heat for weeks is totally unacceptable
These technicians were wonderful guys; extremely kind and friendly. Their knowledge of the work to be done and the work was superb. Their knowledge of owner of Arctic Air was also here to ensure all was correct. He was also very kind. Wonderful company and I have had many jobs completed by them. I highly recommend them.
Artic Air continues to do an exceptional job in maintaining out mini split. It is one of the best investments we made.
