A drip from the ceiling in our house was not due to a leaky roof but rather condensation forming in the ductwork of our 40 year old house. I had three HVAC companies give me an estimate. One did not go in the attic or even go inside to look at or count the grills or returns. A second company “gave me a deal” by offering to do the work for less if he did not get a permit. I’m cool, thanks to Shawn and Arctic Air’s quick service!!! I called this morning around 9 am and Shawn was at our house shortly after 1 pm. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and our house is cooling. Thank you all for your great customer service!
