Zack was on time professional and very knowledgeable. Recommended a surge protector to be added on my 14 year old unit. Artic Air and their technicians are always looking out for their customers.
From the call to set the appointment, to the technician that came out and looked the issue over, everyone was very professional and the technician arrived promptly within the window is was given.
