I hired this company to install a UV light in my AC system, and not only was the initial placement done incorrectly, but what followed was a complete disaster. When I called to have it fixed, they insisted the installation was fine—until I spoke with the owner directly, who then promised to come fix it on a Saturday between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. He never showed up. Terrible Service. I reached out for a Leak Detection Service. Currently going through an Insurance Claim. He came out, spent 5 mins looking at the A/C Unit and said that he wasn’t able to identify any leak. Paid him for the 5 mins service call. I requested the Invoice to forward to the insurance, he said he would send it over to me. I have been messaging and calling Luis Bueso (Tech) for about 10 days now and he hasn’t sent me the requested invoice.
