Giving one star because there is no zero star option. This AC company is extremely unreliable. Waited for over a month for fixing of installed AC and was not resolve. Had to call manufacturer in order to get tech to fix and replace machine.

Bought a few units from him, at the beginning he was communicating well, but suddenly he started to charge me for stuff that he wasn’t supposed too. For an example I bought an AC unit two years ago and I have 2 years warranty, he charged me 150$ to evaluate the issue (he didn’t mention it before the visit) and then asked for another 250$ to replace the bad part which was the computer. Extremely unreliable company. They left me waiting for 48 hours. Said they plan on coming the next day and I waited almost 48 hours until I started calling again asking if they plan on coming still, but they never answered the phone anymore. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And this is not the first time I was left waiting 1-2 days. Thankfully I found someone else now who actually does what they say when they say it.
