Bought a few units from him, at the beginning he was communicating well, but suddenly he started to charge me for stuff that he wasn’t supposed too. For an example I bought an AC unit two years ago and I have 2 years warranty, he charged me 150$ to evaluate the issue (he didn’t mention it before the visit) and then asked for another 250$ to replace the bad part which was the computer. I called 3 different companies to get a quote to fix a part of my ac that came apart, I believe its called the flex. One company was completely booked and couldn't come out. The second company quoted me to replace the flex which didnt need replacement since it wasn't damaged, torn or broken and then they overcharged me for a simple job. Extremely unreliable company. They left me waiting for 48 hours. Said they plan on coming the next day and I waited almost 48 hours until I started calling again asking if they plan on coming still, but they never answered the phone anymore. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And this is not the first time I was left waiting 1-2 days. Thankfully I found someone else now who actually does what they say when they say it.
