As a owner of 3 large dogs, our ducts were packed with hair and dander. The before/after video they showed me was disgusting and amazing at the same time. No more pet odor when the heat turns on. Every pet owner NEEDS this.
Laundry room was humid and smelled like mildew. We thought it was plumbing. Duct cleaners found the dryer vent had disconnected in the wall and was blowing hot, wet lint into the insulation for YEARS. The wall cavity was full of mold. They cleaned what they could, documented it, and we called remediation. Without that camera inspection, we’d have had a major mold problem and fire hazard. They saved our house. If your laundry room is humid, stop using the dryer and call immediately.
I’m extremely impressed with the quality of service provided. The technicians were professional, detail-oriented, and took pride in their work. They cleaned every vent thoroughly, and the difference in my home's air quality is remarkable.
I was nervous about people in my house for 4 hours. I have kids and a dog. The Clean Air Pros crew called 30 minutes before they came. They wore shoe covers and masks. They put down cloths on my floor. They worked around my kids’ nap time and kept the dog safe. They moved my couch to get to a vent and put it back exactly where it was. When they left, my house was cleaner than when they came. No dust, no mess. They were the most polite workers I have had in my home.
