Mike is an absolute pro. He came out very quickly to service our True coolers and was so friendly and knowledge. Really happy to have him as a local option for our bakery.

If I could give negative stars... Managing a restaurant is full of speed bumps and I needed my cooler recharged quickly to get through a lunch Friday(take an hour or two to recharge), then repaired later on in the day, have it diagnosed to order parts or repair the leak. It’s a u-star with a slow leak, deal never broken. Instead of doing a recharge, the tech wanted to spend 30 mins blowing smoke about how I need a compressor and new coil, then a leak in the front of the evaporator.
