Been using Arctic Air for over 15 years for two different homes. They are always quick to come out and solve my HVAC issues with great solutions and reasonable prices. In my previous house. I had them put in a new HVAC unit, replacing an 18 year old unit. The recommendation was based on what the best unit would be, not based on which unit would give them the greatest profits. Buddy is just knowledgeable, fair HVAC guy.

Recently moved to Clayton and my old HVAC company, who I had an annual maintenance contract with, did not service this area of town, so I had to find someone new. A friend recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint. James came out right after I moved in this summer to check out the HVAC systems on my house and make sure everything was good to go. I have used Artic Air for a family home and my home. They installed a new AC system with some challenges. They have great communication. I also had to use them to fix a duct work issue with a dryer duct that another so-called company did wrong. He fixed it perfectly and charged less than the so-called duct repair company. James is easy to work with, and that makes a big difference. I hope the company owner knows how great he os with the customer.

James was great to work with! He was prompt, he knew what he was doing and he fixed the problem swiftly. He was professional and helped me understand without talking down to me.
