Of course, our AC broke down just as the 90° weather began, based on other reviews, we called Arctic. They sent Hector, to diagnose. After he diagnosed the issue he explained in detail what happened and why it happened, then, instead of trying to upsell me, he gave me options. From the time I called, this has already been a different experience than what I've experienced in the past. We're ordering parts, the job isn't complete yet . So I'll leave this as, to be continued.
