Been with. Arctic Air for doe time. But today’s service was not professional guess to find good employees is tough Tara Lucas the service employee is not professional Anyways it is what it is thanks to the current environment
We just had our annual service check up on our heating system. Technician Gabriel Coyne provided very prompt service and explained everything we had questions about as well as what was done during the service. He did a fine job and is very polite. He is an asset to your organization.
My technician Raza was great. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He was informative regarding my unit.
Anthony serviced my heating system this morning. Right on time, very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and was extremely helpful in moving things back in place!
