We had our newly installed AC units turned on tested for the time. Merwais, the technician was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. He was courteous and respectful of our home. Can't give enough praise for a job well done.
The tech (Gabriel) was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Additionally, he showed his respect for our home by covering his shoes before entering our home. This tech has now performed multiple services on our equipment, and we have been pleased with his work each time and have requested him for our autumn service which is scheduled for September 2026.

Dennis Besta provided excellent service to us. He was professional, courteous and walk us through his plan for installation of new HVAC system at our house. With some new surprises he was still able.to complete the work in one day with quality work. We would recommed Arctic Air Conditioning for installing Heating and cooling system.
