This was a service call on a new installation. The Tech - Jian Kun Chen - was knowledgeable, efficient and careful. He explained all that he did and he and his assistant were friendly and courteous. Not easy work on a hot day! Thank you.

THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US. SCAM COMPANY BEWARE. WE SPENT ALMOST $20K TO BE TREATED TERRIBLY. THEY SCAMMED US. I WAITED OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO GIVE ME THE CORRECT UNIT OR REFUND ME BEFORE POSTIING THIS REVIEW AND THEY HAVE NOT DONE EITHER. THEY KEEP SENDING A TECH WHO CAN NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND HAS REPEADLY CONFIMRED THAT THE COMPRESSOR IS TOO SMALL TO RUN THE UNITS THAT WERE INSTALLED. I called this company to fix my AC system. After the job was done, the AC worked for 2 hrs and shuts off again. I called several times to complain about the problem, they kept telling me the manager will reach out to me and for 2 days nobody did. On the 3rd day I got a call and that was a waste of time. They already charged me $416.90 to replace a part that suppose to cost $14.00 and have one year warranty . But the invoice said otherwise, they charge me $191.00 for the same part.
